VAT Relief Information
At Discover Mobility, we offer VAT relief on all our products for eligible individuals with a disability, in line with HMRC’s guidelines. If you have a chronic illness, long-term condition, or disability, and the product you are purchasing is intended for personal use, you may qualify for VAT exemption. This includes products such as mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, and other related equipment.
To be eligible for VAT relief, the product must be for personal use and used to alleviate the effects of a long-term illness or disability. The individual claiming VAT relief must also meet the eligibility criteria outlined by HMRC;
- You are chronically sick or disabled and are purchasing the item for your own personal use.
At checkout, you will be prompted to complete a simple declaration form confirming your eligibility for VAT relief. Warranties: Every product comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. For full warranty details, refer to our warranty policy.
Returns: If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your product, you can return it for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Delivery
Free UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Most products are delivered the next working day, although some may take 1 to 3 working days if delivered by a specialist courier.
Delivery to Non-Mainland UK
We deliver to most non-mainland UK addresses, but a delivery surcharge will apply. The surcharge is calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
Scheduled Delivery
You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout. This allows you to plan ahead and ensure someone is available to receive and set up your product if needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Our support team is available if you need assistance with tracking.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you notice any damage or issues, contact us right away so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery.
